Type of Applications

EARLY
ADMISSION

Early Action Non-Binding
General Deadline Nov. 1st
You may apply early action to any number of schools. This is NOT a binding agreement and you can decline admission to an admitted school. The advantage is that your application will be read from a small pool of student. If you are wait-listed, you will enter the second pool of students- your application will be read with the rest of the January deadline applications.

Early Decision Binding
General Deadline Nov. 1st
This is a binding agreement. If you are accepted to this school, you MUST attend. If you have applied to additional schools, you must withdraw your application from the other school once you hear of your decision from your early decision school. If you are wait-listed from an early decision school, your application will enter the second pool of students- your application will be read with the rest of the January deadline applications.

ROLLING ADMISSION
General Deadline Continuous
Admission is made on first come, first serve basis.
If you are applying to rolling admission schools, it is strongly recommended that you apply as soon as possible. Do not wait until January or later. Send in all completed materials as soon as you can. Decisions are usually sent within four to six weeks after the completion of the application.

REGULAR ADMISSION
General Deadline Nov. 1st / Nov. 15th
This is the general application process that most students use. Many schools have January 1st deadlines, but others have different dates through March 15th. Make sure you check your application from each school to know when each is due. Your application will be read and reviewed along with everyone else’s who submitted their application under the Regular Decision as well as those who have been wait-listed from an Early application.
